We typically read one book per month and always have good discussions.

 

All are welcome to join the book club.  The club is planning a zoom meeting in April. If the group is small, the host may decide to meet inside at her home allowing for social distancing and with masks.  She will make sure all those that are signed up would be comforable meeting in person. Thank you for being mindful of your fellow members.

 

The April book is When We left Cuba by Chanel Cleeton.  The Cuban Revolution took everything from sugar heiress Beatriz Perez-her family, her people, her Country.  Recruited by the CIA to infiltrate Fidel Castro's inner circle and pulled into the dangerous world of espionage, Beatriz is consumed by her quest for revenge and her desire to reclaim the life she lost.
