This is an intermediate hike up the Engineer Mountain Trail (not to be confused with Pass Creek Trail) and is not a hard hike.  We will not go all the way to Engineer Mountain as that takes over 3 hours.  Instead we will hike a nice trail through the aspens that comes out to a beatiful view. The trail is steady uphill but not really steep except for one small section.  All together the hike is about 2-2.5 hours in and out and peak season for colors so be prepared for beauty! Be sure to bring rain gear, water and snacks. Dogs are fine but please let Pat know if you will have dogs attending the hike.
